Golf
Golfers in search of the ultimate thrill need look no further… Tryall's 6,221-yard, par 72 course - considered the finest in the Caribbean and the pride of Jamaica - attracts the game's leading players and prestigious international events like the Johnnie Walker World Championships, Mazda Champions, Jamaica Classic and Shell's Wonderful World of Golf.

Designed by Ralph Plummer, the course's sculpted fairways and manicured greens meander through forest-green hills, between stands of coconut palms and fruit trees, round lily-padded ponds, down to a one-and-a-half mile long shoreline.

The Tryall Club's course enjoys both spectacular views and challenging golf. The course winds along the beach and into the hillside; while some of the holes seem wide open and ready to accept your longest drive, beware of the trade winds. As the Johnnie Walker players discovered at Tryall, strategy and position are the keys to a successful round.

Tennis
As exceptional as it is, golf is not the only outstanding activity at Tryall. The club's state-of-the-art tennis center is complete with nine Nova-Cushion tennis courts (lit for night play), a fully equipped tennis shop, an international pro, and his team of teaching assistants and ball boys. In addition to regular clinics the center has hosted several important championships.

Deep Sea Fishing
Take the fishing trip of a lifetime on Ezee! Fishing starts after about one mile out due to Jamaica's steep ocean fall off, Blue and Silver Marlin are on the Agenda.

Trip's can be for half or full day.

Water Sports
Our privately owned white sand cove is available for all our guests, experience the delights of swimming in the crystal clear waters of Jamaica or enjoy other water sports.

Sailing
The Tryall Club welcomes our guests to use one of our hobie cat, four people sail boats. Take the boat up the cove, around to Sandy Bay and get a different perspective of Jamaica from the sea.

Kayaking
Also available for guests are the Kayaks that can accommodate up to three people. Take a leisurely paddle to our coral reef just 100 yards off our private beach.

Snorkeling and Scuba Diving
Provided for all our guest's are flipper's, snorkels and masks to swim to our own living reef just 100 yards off our private beach and marvel in the marine life that resides within.

Horseback Riding
At your convenience horseback riding can be arranged through The Tryall Club's tour desk, located at the entrance to the majestic Great House.

Bird Watching

For many years the Tryall’s 2,200 acre estate has been a designated “bird sanctuary” allowing Jamaica’s wonderful collection of birds to enjoy a natural undisturbed environment.

Day Tours

Discover the wonders of paradise that is Jamaica, take one of the tour buses and visit the world famous Dunn's River Falls or the majestic Y.S. Falls on Jamaica's South Coast.

River Rafting
Relax and enjoy a ride down the river on a bamboo raft. This 2 hour trip includes transportation and raft, morning and afternoon trips can be arranged for your convenience.

Day Tours to Negril
Take a bus or taxi for a day at the famous Negril 7 Mile beach, relax, soak in the sun, swim, snorkel or choose anything else from the water sports program.

Swimming

Also Jamaica holds some of the most beautiful beaches in the world and swimming at Tryall is a real treat, with our own reef just 100 yards out. Each of our privately owned Villas comes with a pool for your leisure. For those staying at the Great House Villas there is a pool just for these guests.

Take a break from things and join in on the most popular activity in Jamaica: Relaxing! On the 1000 yard white sand private beach cove or take a leisurely woodland walk around the plantation.

The sunset that you will experience in the evening will last a lifetime, take a drink to the verandah and relax as the sun goes down with grandeur.

Walking

What is more relaxing than a leisure morning stroll through forest-green hills, between stands of coconut palms and fruit trees down to the one and a half mile shoreline. Enjoy the lush tropical plantation paradise that long ago switched from sugar to sweet life.
