Whether dining in your private ocean gazebo, dining room, or veranda, your personal chef and staff spare no effort in serving you the finest Island delicacies or traditional American fare.

From fresh squeezed orange juice and world renowned Jamaican Blue Mountain Coffee each morning to four-course lunches and dinners, to light snacks any time of the day or night … the Moon Dance staff is there to serve you!

Moon Dance's menu is a wonderful blend of Jamaican and American dishes. Your "personal chef" uses only the freshest ingredients to create flavorful masterpieces. And of course the menu is just for starters, since we are "famous" for preparing special epicurean requests by our guests.

Our wine list was created "mindful" that food and wine should compliment each other. The Villa's cellar has great breadth in American and European wines contributing to a luxurious dining experience.

Of equal excellence is the selection of spirits and brews. Whether it be a tumbler of Bruichladdich Single Malt Scotch or a Red Stripe Jamaican beer our attention to catering to discerning and diverse palates is inspired.

No visit to Moon Dance is complete without a beach barbeque that includes tasting the savory flavors of jerk chicken and fish.

Jerk refers to the heavenly mixing of island spices used to season grilled chicken, fish, and other meats with that unmistaken Jamaican zest. Top off this fare with a Red Stripe Jamaican beer and hard-dough bread for a perfect mouth watering island experience.
